1. Service Overview
We offer professional video editing services using a collection of ready-made video templates that cover:
Wedding Invitations and Highlights
Birthday Invitations and Highlights
Valentine’s Day Greetings
Business Promotional Videos
Festival Greetings
Social Media Reels
And various other events
Customers select a preferred template, and we customize it using the content (photos, names, dates, business details, etc.) they provide.
2. Template Selection and Personalization
All templates used are from third-party sources or platforms and are not created by us.
Customers must choose a preferred template from our available library or provided list.
Once the template is selected, customers must provide all required content (images, names, text, event details, etc.) for customization.
We are not responsible for any issues caused due to incorrect or incomplete content submitted by the client.
3. Delivery Timeline
The standard turnaround time is 1 to 4 working days after receiving complete materials.
Delivery time may vary depending on the complexity of the template and our current workload.
Faster delivery may be available for an additional charge.
4. Revision Policy
We offer 2 free rounds of minor revisions, such as:
Spelling corrections
Text updates
Simple image changes
Major changes such as:
Replacing the template after editing begins
Adding/changing background music, visual elements, or design structure
may incur additional charges.
Revision requests must be made within 5 days of receiving the initial video.
5. Payment Terms
Full payment must be made before we begin editing.
Payment methods accepted: [UPI, GPay, paytm, Phonepay].
Pricing depends on the chosen template and any additional services requested.
We will not start any work until payment is received.
6. Refund Policy
Since we offer customized digital services, refunds are limited. Please read carefully:
100% refund is possible only if you cancel the order within 2 hours of payment and we haven’t started the work.
No refund is provided once the editing process has begun.
If you’re not satisfied with the final video, please utilize your free 2 revisions.
Refunds are not given for delays due to incomplete or incorrect content submission by the client.
7. Content Responsibility
You are responsible for submitting only the content (images, videos, text) that you have full rights to use.
We are not liable for any copyright or intellectual property issues arising from the material you provide.
We reserve the right to decline services if content is inappropriate, offensive, or illegal.
8. Final Delivery and Usage
The final edited video is delivered in standard formats suitable for platforms like WhatsApp, Instagram, or YouTube.
You are free to use the video for personal or business purposes.
However, you may not resell or redistribute the original template under your name.
9. Template Licensing
Templates used in your video are sourced from third-party platforms or creators who provide licenses for commercial or customization use.
While we use these templates under appropriate licensing agreements, we do not claim ownership or copyright over the original template design.
10. Communication and Support
All official communication will be via email, WhatsApp, or the contact form on our website.
Support is available during 9:30 am to 5:00 pm from monday to friday (working days).
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Issues arising from content you submitted
Delays caused by incomplete input or revisions beyond the allowed limit
Platform-specific errors in video posting or compression
12. Terms Modifications
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
