At mrbrstudio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, due to the nature of our creative and digital services, we have a strict refund policy in place to protect the interests of both our team and our clients.

1. Nature of Service

We offer customized video editing services based on the template chosen by the customer. As this involves time, effort, and manual customization, we do not offer full refunds once work has started.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a partial refund only if one of the following applies:

• You requested a cancellation before any work has started on your project.

• You paid but did not submit any files or project details within 3 days of payment.

• You submitted your project details, but we were unable to start the work due to technical or service limitations from our side.

✅ In the above cases, a 50% refund may be processed after deducting administrative and processing charges.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds under the following conditions:

• If we have already started working on your video

• If you change your mind after submitting all the details

• If you’re unhappy with the design after revisions have been provided

• If you delay in providing required materials (photos, text, or videos)

• If you fail to respond for more than 7 days after the project has started

• For any subjective feedback such as “I expected something else” once we followed your given template and instructions

4. Revision Policy (Related to Refunds)

• We offer 2 free revision rounds for minor changes only (like text corrections, rearranging photos, timing tweaks, etc.).

• Any major changes (changing the template, video structure, replacing large portions of the content) will be charged additionally.

• No refunds will be processed just because you used up your revision limit and still want more changes.

5. Quality Disputes

We ensure high-quality output based on the selected template. If you feel that the video does not match your expectations:

• You must raise the issue within 48 hours of receiving the first draft.

• We will evaluate the case and decide whether it qualifies for additional revision or compensation.

6. Processing of Refund (if applicable)

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

• Transaction fees or gateway charges (if any) are non-refundable.
